Return Policy
We guarantee your complete satisfaction and offer a 30-day money back guarantee on most every product we offer. If, for any reason, you are not pleased with your purchase, you have 30 days to return it for a replacement or refund- whichever you prefer.
Note: Items returned must be in new, unused and undamaged condition or the return will be denied. Custom items such as personalized address plaques and discontinued items are non-returnable, non-refundable. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Please contact our office at 877-838-BEAR (2327) within 30 days of delivery of your items to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returned items will not be accepted by our Receiving Department without an RMA number clearly displayed on the outside packaging. Returned items will not be accepted past 30 days from the date of delivery.
Process for returning merchandise
- Return all products in original packaging, and pack them securely. Consider insuring your package, as you are responsible for the safe, undamaged return of the merchandise.
- Include your name, address, and contact information so we may properly handle your refund or exchange
- Clearly write your RMA number on the outside packaging

Order Cancellation Policy
Please contact us immediately at 877-838-BEAR (2327) to cancel and order. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. As our products are hand-made to order, and any cancellation received 48 hours after order placement will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
